I have to say that we were here for a week and we did not do badly, it is a bit far from Athens but it is true that it has both a bus stop nearby and tram although we took a rental car. the bed was COMFORTABLE. Poor my friends who didn't try it. public beach that it has next to it is of small stones, not of fine sand, although it has another one very near (it costs 5 Euros because it is a private beach) that is of fine sand and very transparent water, besides they give hammocks and parasol, that yes that is worth the trouble.
room was fine but a bit noisy because we were next to a street where cars pass by quite quickly. On the first day, having an extra bed (sofa), it seemed that the cushions had been left in the first place they had been caught. On the other hand, breakfast is not worth for 10 euros and both the service offered by the hotel and swimming pool was normal, not bad, not good.

Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was fabulous and fairly clean, it had marvellous location near a marina. The rooms were new-fashioned & functional with 2 bedrooms. Location: the property was so close to glyfada popular shopping area, the public beach, and the center where are lot of restaurants for dinner. Being near Tartare was nice, we had dinner there.

Nice hotel, located in a cozy place. To the beach - 1-2 minutes, the beach is clean, free, with fine pebbles, few tourists. There are many people on the beach only at weekends. The staff is excellent! Polite, friendly, help with any questions. Upon arrival, they gave a room with side sea view, although booked with a view of the city. The rooms are clean, quite spacious (compared to other hotels where I was), and comfortable bathroom. There is a balcony with chairs and a table. Athens and paid beaches can be reached by tram, Lake Vouliagmeni - 10km (we went there by bike). Next to the hotel (3-5 minutes walk) is the center of Glyfada and an excellent fruit and vegetable shop.
Breakfasts are lack variety, but everything is delicious)). There are 2 routes around the hotel, it's loud.

The hotel is located in the Glyfada area", which is sometimes called the Greek "Beverly Hills :). You visit the center of Athens, you'll understand why. In short, areas such as Glyfada and Voula, for example, prefer wealthier Greeks to live on the coast, yacht clubs, beaches, restaurants and other attractions. There are a lot of boutiques and shops along the main street by tram - clothing, shoes, equipment, food, etc. The hotel is located almost on the beach, across the road and tram tracks begins itself Glyfada beach, so the sea 3 minutes walk and this is a plus. The hotel itself is small and quite cozy, has its own pool and restaurant. The hotel has free wi-fi, a pretty decent signal, video link on the Vyber dragged without glitches and hangs. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily, to the order of questions and complaints has not arisen. The staff is responsive and discreetly polite, we have received answers to all our questions. Breakfast was not ordered, because we read in advance that for this money you can buy anything you want in local shops, you can get and more diverse and cheaper. That's what they did. We were satisfied. By the way across the street from the hotel and a little to the right (walk up to 5 minutes) is an excellent market with fruits and vegetables. Prices pleasantly surprised, cheaper than we have and everything is very delicious! This is for vitamin lovers. There is also a good Greek wine in 1.5 l bottles with a price from 3 to 4 euros. This is for fruit wine lovers :) There are also stronger drinks. Right in front of the hotel on the road is the X96 bus stop which takes you to the airport (from the airport - here across the road) which is also an absolute plus for me in terms of getting to/from the airport, the journey time is about an hour. There's an A2 bus to the centre of the Acropolis, or 5 trams, 40-60 minutes depending on what traffic you have.
Of the minuses, or rather wishes. There are no cutlery, those forks, spoons, knives, etc. in the room. There are only cups and glasses, there is a kettle, that is, if you take pineapple in the market, it will not have anything to cut, you need your own knife, or, for example, for yogurt there is no spoon. We flew with hand luggage, of course we didn't take knives with us. In the bathroom there is only shower gel and liquid soap in the dispensers and everything, i.e. a lot of small bottles with shampoos, etc. You will not find here. Also here you can hear very well through the walls. In one of the neighboring rooms on one of the evenings, the neighbors were given a love affair, it seems that everything happens in our room. And it's funny and sleepy :)

I booked the Budget Room, but when I arrived (quite late in the evening), they were all full, so I had the pleasure of staying in a Standard Room with seaside view. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. If you want to visit Athens, there is a tram just at the hotel. It takes you 50 minutes, but you arrive in the city centre of Athens (price: 1,20 pp/ride).
The breakfast was standard (with no variation, each day they offered the same).

The staff was very friendly and very helpful, I felt very safe there especially since I was traveling alone. I liked the location. It was very close to beach, the tram and the bus lines. It was also walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. Best of all, it only cost 5 euros and took 45 minutes to get to the Athens airport by bus.
The air conditioning was not on yet for the season. The room did get very warm. The traffic noise was way too loud to keep the door open at night.

I would say that everything was perfect. The situation of the hotel is ideal: 2 minutes by feet to access the beach with a small road to cross; more or less 5 minutes to get the tramway and to be in the center of Athens in about 45 minutes. The center of Glyfada is about 10 minutes by feet and there are various restaurant. The rooms are clean and the towel are changed everyday. The hotel staff is very friendly. We really enjoy our stay there and I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing, amazing, amazing
I loved how the hotel is just steps away from the beach. The spacious room had a lovely balcony where I sipped my morning coffee while soaking in the view. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a delicious spread of Greek fare and fresh juices to kickstart my days.
do recommend ❤️😊
